OBD2 FAQs:

1. the screen doesn’t show, no power

To check if the OBD line or car filling line is tight, unplug it several times, or insert the cigarette lighter directly with the USB line

2. No speed

Please move the car to the open road after the GPS is powered on. The GPS shows that more than 5 satellites can be searched for normal use

3. Can not be automatically turned on or repeatedly extinguished during driving

Insert a cigarette lighter using the USB line

When using the OBD line, enter the settings menu to select the shutdown voltage settings, and set the parameter voltage to 13.0 V or 12.8 v

When using the USB line, enter the settings menu to select the shutdown voltage settings to set the parameter voltage to the OFF

4. satellite time is not allowed

Enter settings: system time adjustment, press > to adjust time zone time, adjust the long press OK’ key to save exit

5. no speed

See if the unit is correct, km KM/ miles MPH,( speed unit switch reference settings)

When the car leaves the factory, the manufacturer raises the speed shown on the dashboard by 5-7, and international standard is based on satellite data

Trim the speed, if the meter shows 100 Km/h, this machine shows 105 Km/h, set the parameter value to 102

6. direction display error

If you don’t have a speed, the satellite ca n’ t tell your direction. You can’t show it after 5 KM/H

7. the car stops, the speed still shows

Underground parking lot, tunnel, flyover, when there is occlusion will make the signal unstable satellite drift, please drive the car to the open road, the number of satellites found more than 5 show normal.

After the 8. car flameout, will not automatically shut down

Automatic shutdown of the machine after 3 minutes OBD connection

If you haven’t shut down 5 minutes after stopping and flameout, set the setting parameter to 13.5 V

or insert the cigarette lighter directly with the USB line
