Keep an eye on your pets for $24.99 with this Ring camera deal

Ring’s Indoor Cam 2K has dropped from $59.99 to $24.99 at Best Buy, which means you’re paying well under half of its usual price.

Sliding from a $59.99 list price to $24.99 at Best Buy, the Ring Indoor Cam 2K now costs $35 less than its original price, a 58% cut on a plug-in camera that streams 2K video of your home straight to your phone.

That saving makes a second camera far easier to justify, since two of them still come in under the $59.99 a single Indoor Cam 2K usually costs, giving the kitchen and the living room their own view of the pets.

Once a camera is pointed at their favourite spot, live view lets you open the feed from anywhere and see exactly what the dog is doing, while two-way talk means you can call them away from the bin in your own voice.

Knowing when to speak up matters too, and real-time motion alerts on your phone flag movement the moment the dog leaves its bed. From there, 6x Enhanced Zoom lets you get closer to the food bowl or the counter edge without losing detail across the 2K picture.

Detail holds up after dark as well, with colour night vision keeping a late-night prowl in true colour using only nearby street lighting, before the Indoor Cam 2K switches to crisp black and white once the room goes fully dark.

Finding the right spot for that view is easy, since the plug-in design and swivel mount let it sit on a tabletop, fix to a wall or hang from the ceiling, while a 115-degree field of view takes in a wide stretch of the room.

Wherever it ends up, privacy stays in your hands once you’re home, with an easy-to-slide lens cover for the moments you want the camera off duty and Privacy Zones in the Ring app that black out areas like the bathroom door or your work desk.

Anyone leaving a dog, cat or other pet at home during the working day gets 2K video, two-way talk and colour night vision for $24.99 here, with Best Buy’s $35 saving making the Ring Indoor Cam 2K an easy add to your basket.
