Why isn’t the data syncing in Runmefit app even though the watch is connected via Bluetooth?

Be sure to connect the watch through the Runmefit.Do not connect directly through the Bluetooth settings in the phone system.

Why can’t I search for my device in the app?

The app will automatically block devices connected to the system Bluetooth when searching for nearby devices. Therefore, if the watch is already connected to the phone’s system Bluetooth, the device cannot be searched in the app.
