Easy To Take: Shake well before use. Once daily, take directly by mouth. Infants (6-12 Months) take up to 4 sprays (10 mcg), Children (1-13 Years): take up to 6 sprays (15 mcg), Adults (14+ Years): take up to 8 sprays (20 mcg), Pregnant/Lactating: take up to 6 sprays (15 mcg).
