One boat can’t work Pair the boats one by one. Don’t turn on both of boats and remotes at the same time. Follow steps as below: 1.Turn on one remote first, 2.Turn on one boat and put the boat in the water; The boat will paired to the remote automatically. 3.Turn on the other remote 4.Turn on the other boat and put the boat in the water; The boat will paired to the remote automatically. Water goes inside the boat Water leaks when the boat cover isn’t closed tightly. Try to move the cover after you tighten the lock key, you won’t be able to move it at all if it’s tight. Do as below: 1.Insert the cabin cover into the hull at an angle of 45 degrees 2.Push the hatch cover forward to position 3.Tighten the lock key of the cabin cover Can’t connect boat with remote The boat will only turn on when it’s in water. Do as below: 1.Connect the boat battery and put the boat in water 2.Turn on the remote and they will get paired automatically Unable to charge the battery 1. Check whether both batteries and cables won’t charge. 2. Check whether the light on the charging cable keeps off during charging and turns on after you charge it for 150 minutes? 3. If no, contact our customer support to get replacement battery.
