Do I need a subscription to use the product?

Yes, a 4G plan is required for remote view, 2-way talk, and app alerts. However, cloud storage is optional. As long as the SD card is functioning properly, it will save driving footage and motion-detection videos without a cloud plan.

Why can’t I connect the camera in the car after pairing it successfully at home?

If the device is connected via OBD in your car but the indicator light doesn’t turn on, please disconnect the device, start the engine, and toggle the “V” voltage switch on the OBD adapter to 11.6V/23.6V. Then reconnect the device.

Can I use my own SIM card?

Yes, you can. If you have any questions regarding SIM card setup or compatibility, please contact the after-sales support team listed in the user manual via text form.

Why is the live video blurry?

Live-view footage is compressed for smoother streaming. For the best quality, use a card reader to view the original high-resolution video on a computer.

What are the requirements for the memory card?

Please remember to format the memory card before first use. The memory card supports saving all videos recorded while driving or parked.
