INFLATION INSTRUCTIONS: Inflate swiss ball to roughly 80% of full size. Let the yoga ball relax for a minimum a few hours, preferably 2-3 days, then inflate fully. This will allow the ball to stretch to the desired size.
TIP: Keep physio ball away from sharp claws, pencils and anything that can puncture the excercise ball. Our anti-burst material greatly reduces chance of injury by not popping instantaneously but allows slow release of air if punctured.
