What is the difference between C13 R1390 and E13 L1800?

The C13 R1390 and E13 L1800 use the same printhead, but the L1800 adds a stable motherboard, heating for cold and humid regions, and powerful ink flushing, which the C13 R1390 lacks.

Is the RIP software compatible with Mac OS?

Our RIP software supports Windows only. On macOS, a Windows virtual machine (e.g., Parallels) is required.

C13 / E13 / L8 / L13: Works only with Intel-based Macs (pre-2021).

U13 / U13D / VF13: Fully compatible in a virtual environment.

How long is the coverage for the printer?

Print Head: 6 months with a one-time free replacement (all models).

Other Accessories: 6 months, covering defects or quality issues only. Accessories are consumables and may wear out over time; regular replacement is recommended.

Is the daily maintenance complicated?

Not at all. We have provided clear daily maintenance plan and guide in our user manual. You can do daily maintenance in just 5 minutes.
